WB Metallic Ink
Water-based metallic ink suspends fine aluminum and bronze pigment flakes in an aqueous acrylic or PUD carrier to produce gold, silver, and metallic effect prints without the VOC content of solvent-borne metallic systems. The metallic flakes orient parallel to the fabric surface during printing to maximize reflectivity and luster in the cured film. Requires crosslinker addition for optimal washfastness and metallic particle anchoring within the binder matrix.
