WB High Density Ink
Water-based high density ink is a thick, paste-consistency aqueous formulation designed to build three-dimensional raised print relief from the fabric surface using water-based chemistry, providing the visual impact of HD plastisol while maintaining low-VOC environmental credentials. The rheologically engineered paste holds dimensional shape through the printing and drying process, with controlled edge definition and height achieved through thick emulsion stencils and low-count meshes. After heat fixation, the raised structure is permanently set with good flexibility and wash durability.
Key Applications
- 3D embossed branding and logo decoration on premium eco apparel
- Raised text and graphic effects without plastisol chemistry
- Sustainable premium fashion garments requiring dimensional prints
- OEKO-TEX compliant high-density decorative printing programs
Frequently Bought Together
WB Standard Water-Based Ink
Our standard water-based screen printing ink uses an acrylic polymer emulsion binder with aqueous dispersion pigments, offering an environmentally responsible alternative to plastisol with zero PVC and reduced VOC emissions.
Screen PrintingWB High Opacity Ink
Water-based high opacity ink combines an elevated TiO2 pigment load with a thick acrylic binder matrix to achieve maximum light-blocking coverage on dark fabrics while retaining the environmental profile and softer hand of water-based systems.
Screen PrintingWB Anti Migration Base
Water-based anti-migration base is a specially formulated barrier underbase used as the first print layer on polyester and poly-cotton blend garments to block reactive dye sublimation from contaminating the water-based color layers printed above.
