Plastisol Cure Accelerator

Plastisol cure accelerator is a chemical catalyst additive that lowers the effective gelation and full-cure temperature of plastisol inks, enabling complete fusion at belt temperatures 15–25°C below the standard cure threshold. This is essential for heat-sensitive substrates such as nylon, thin polyesters, and lycra blends where standard curing temperatures would cause fabric distortion or damage. The accelerator integrates fully into the ink system without affecting print quality, color, or washfastness.

Key Applications

  • Low-temperature curing on heat-sensitive nylon and polyester fabrics
  • Reducing energy consumption on conveyor dryers
  • Enabling faster belt speeds without undercure risk
  • Curing on thin or delicate performance fabric substrates
